The Quran Verse Used in Talab Hajat Dua

A. حَسْبُنَا ٱللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ ٱلْوَكِيلُ

Transliteration: Hasbunallah wa ni’mal-Wakil (surah Ali Imran 3:173)
Translation: Sufficient for us is Allah, and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs

B. لَّآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّآ أَنتَ سُبْحَٰنَكَ إِنِّى كُنتُ مِنَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ

Transliteration: la ilaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu minaz-zalimin ( Surah Anbiya Verse 87).
Translation: There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers.

C. فَعَسَى ٱللَّهُ أَن يَأۡتِيَ بِٱلۡفَتۡحِ أَوۡ أَمۡرٖ مِّنۡ عِندِهِ

Transliteration: fa’asallaahu ai yaatiya bilfathi aw amrim min ‘indihee (SURAH AL-MA’IDAH AYAT 52)

Translation: But perhaps Allah will bring conquest or a decision from Him

D. وَأُفَوِّضُ أَمۡرِيٓ إِلَى ٱللَّهِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بَصِيرُۢ بِٱلۡعِبَادِ

Transliteration: wa ufawwidu amreee ilal laah; innallaaha baseerum bil’ibaad

Translation: I entrust my affairs to Allah. Surely Allah is watchful over His servants.” (Quran 40:44)

E. إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُسۡمِعُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ

Transliteration: innal laaha yusmi’u mai yashaaa’u (Surah fatir ayat 22)

Translation: Allah can make any that He wills to hear

How to Perform Talab Hajat Dua

If you’re seeking specific help or assistance from someone, follow these steps:

  1. Start by performing an ablution.
  2. Engage in prayer by performing four rakah of Salat. In each rakah, recite the specified verses:
    • In Rakah 1: Hasbunallah wa ni’mal-Wakil 100 times
    • In Rakah 2: la ilaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu minaz-zalimin 100 times
    • In Rakah 3: fa’asallaahu ai yaatiya bilfathi aw amrim min ‘indihee 100 times
    • In Rakah 4: wa ufawwidu amreee ilal laah; innallaaha baseerum bil’ibaad
  3. After completing the prayer, recite innal laaha yusmi’u mai yashaaa’u 1111 times or 313 times
  4. Imagine the person you’re seeking help from and gently blow air from your mouth towards him (your imagination).
  5. Repeat this process for either 3 or 7 consecutive days before approaching the person.
  6. Give charity after the completion of the dua
  7. InShaAllah, you will find success in your endeavor.
