Transliteration: Rabbi ishrah lee sadree * Wayassir lee amree * Wahlul uqdatan min lisanee Yafqahoo qawlee.

Translation: O Lord, lift up my heart and ease my task for me. Untie my tongue, so that they may understand my words.

“O Allah, I hope for Your mercy, so do not leave me to myself for the blink of an eye, and rectify for me all of my affairs. There is no deity except You.”

2. اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحُزْنِ، وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ، وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ.

Allahumma inni a’oodhoo bika minal-hammi walhuzni, wal-‘ajzi wal-kasali wal-bukhli wal-jubni, wa dal’id-dayni wa ghalabatir-rajaal.

“O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness, miserliness and cowardice, the burden of debts, and from being overpowered by men.”

Dua To Recite Before Revising For Exams

Allhumma Akhrijni min zulumatil wahmi ,wa akrimni be nuril fahmi . Allahumma afta alayna abwaba rahmateka, wa anshur alyna khazaena uloomeka be rahmateka ya arrahamar rahemeen.

“O Allah, bring me out of the darkness of confusion, and honor me with the light of understanding. O Allah, open to us the doors of Your mercy, and spread upon us the treasures of Your knowledge, O Most Merciful of the merciful.”

اللهم أكرمني بنور الفهم وخرجني من ظلمات الوهم وافتح علينا أبواب المعرفة وانشر علينا خزائن معرفتك يا أرحم الراحمين. اللهم وفقني فيما يُطيب به أمري وجميع مشكلات المسائل من الكتب برحمتك يا أرحم الراحمين.

Allaahumma akrimnee binooril fahmi wa kharrajanee min zulumaatil wahmi waftah ai lainaa abwaaba lmak. Wan shur ai lainaa khuzzaanu mai rifatika yaa arhi amar raahi imeen. Allaahumma waffiqnee fil muti aalai ti bihi ablee jamee-ii mushkilaatil masaa-ili minal kutubi birahi matika yaa arhi amar raahi imeen.

“O Allah, honor me with the light of understanding and bring me out of the darkness of confusion. Open to us the doors of knowledge and spread upon us the treasures of Your knowledge, O Most Merciful of the merciful. O Allah, grant me success in what will make my affairs better and in all the difficulties and issues from the books, through Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful.”

فَصْبْرٌ جَمِيلٌ ۖ وَاللَّهُ الْمُسْتَعَانُ عَلَى مَا تَصِفُونَ
Transliteration: Fasabrun Jameel; wallaahul musta’aanu ‘alaa man tasifoon  (Read 7 times)

Translation: So patience is most fitting. And Allah is the one sought for help against that which you describe. (Surah Yusuf – 12:18)

يا عليم يا خبير يا مبين

Transliteration: “Ya Alim, Ya Khabir, Ya Mubin” is as follows:

Translation:

“Ya Alim” means “O Knower” or “O All-Knowing.”

“Ya Khabir” means “O Aware” or “O All-Aware.”

“Ya Mubin” means “O Manifest” or “O Clearly Evident.”

يا عليم علمني، يا خبير خبِّرني، بيِّن لي يا مبيِّن

Transliteration:

Ya Alim Allimni, Ya Khabir Khabbirni, Bayyinli Ya Mubin

Translation:

“Ya Alim, Allimni” means “O All-Knowing, Teach me.”

“Ya Khabir, Khabbirni” means “O All-Aware, Make me aware.”

“Bayyinli” means “Make clear to me.”

“Ya Mubin” means “O Clearly Evident.”

How To Use These Asmaul Husna To Increase Memory

Every Night or Morning, Read YA Alim, YA Khabir, YA Mubin 1000 times. However, after each Hundred (100), say this prayer: Ya Alim Allimni, Ya Khabir Khabbirni, Bayyinli Ya Mubin – 7 times.

For example:

  1. YA Alim, YA Khabir, YA Mubin 100 times
  2. Ya Alim Allimni, Ya Khabir Khabbirni, Bayyinli Ya Mubin – 7 times.
  3. Again, YA Alim, YA Khabir, YA Mubin 100 times
  4. Again, Ya Alim Allimni, Ya Khabir Khabbirni, Bayyinli Ya Mubin – 7 times.
  5. Continue until you have recited YA Alim, YA Khabir, YA Mubin a total of 1000 times.

Dua For Strengthening Memory and Understanding

Perform Ablution and read:

  1. As-salatu Alan Nabiyy
  2. Astagfirullaha
  3. Lailaha illa Allah
  4. Al-hamdulillahi
  5. Present your intention ( Ask Allah for sound memory and understanding)
  6. Read Al-Alim – 12,000 times (in one sitting)

Then after each obligatory prayer, recite Al-Alim 150 times ( this should be a continuous practice)

Note: Reciting Al-Alim 12,000 times just for a start. After that day, keep reciting Al-Alim 150 times after every obligatory Prayer daily.
